Vacation Days 1-3

We left on Sunday morning at 4:30AM! It was a long drive till we got there, but not one I would trade for anything. I was able to have fun with my brother and drive and have GREAT conversation with both my parents while driving and keeping each other awake for the 13 hour drive! The last two hours of the trip I drove and hour and a half of it and was able to have David in the front with me. Which he TOTALLY soaked it up and acted VERY grown up. He was able to get some really awesome scenery shots as we drove. They will be posted on my Picasa and Facebook.

We arrived Sunday night at 8:30PM. We made it right before it got dark out which was nice cause we had to go down about 18 steep stars to get to our condo door. My family was here about two years ago but I had never been here before. All the things they told me did not even begin to truly describe how beautiful it all really was! I will also be posting pictures of this on Picasa and FacebookJ. After getting settled in we sat back and relaxed! It felt so good after the loooong cramped drive down here!

On Monday morning Mom woke up not feeling good it turns out she has a cold that has been getting worse by the minute (literally). Dad woke up hardly able to get out of bed cause his back hurt so bad! I ended up massaging his back and then icing it and it seemed to help some. But all in all they were a mess! So we all decided that these next couple of days we were just going to hang out and relax while getting rejuvenated from our hard weeks of work! In the evening Mom and I went grocery shopping while the boys went to the wreck center.

It is now Tuesday!! I can’t believe it has already been two days since we got here! So far I have just written some letters and hung out with the boys! Oh and I was able to sit out in the sun and soak it ALL up!! It is SO gorgeous out here I can’t believe I am inside right now. But I think I heard somewhere that it is not good to over do it the first couple of daysJ.

Well I think that is all I have for now so I much scat! See everyone in about a week and a half!
