Ok, so this morning I had to take papers to Zoey's (3 years old) preschool to enroll her. Well the mom gave me verbal directions to get there at 6:45 AM when I was half awake:-). At 9:30AM I left with the girls to go, to my dismay not realizing there were many roads that had the same name...at least I thought so...a blond moment as my friend says. After twenty minutes of driving around trying to find the preschool I called my mom to have her Google map the neighborhood and tell me where it was and I finally found it.
Now if that was not enough I decided to take the girls for a walk to the park. HAHA! That was an interesting trip. We also took the puppy with us so that added dynamic to our walk. I thought I knew where it was but I guess that is just in the car cause I took a wrong turn and practically ended up on the OTHER side of the neighborhood!!!!!!! We FINALLY made it to the park in 45 minutes when it should have taken us 10!!! We stayed for 15 minutes and started on our way home. After twenty minutes I gave up trying to find the right road (which I did not know the name of) I called dad to have him Google map the neighborhood and tell me where I was and how to get home:-P. When mom found out she laughed very hard:-D!! Dad found out where I was I ended up being about 6 or 7 blocks (which were not small) from their house!!!
Poor Zoey (3) who was walking was SO ready to be home! We made it soon after their dad got home...oops. He didn't seem to mind so I didn't tell him we got lost as not to worry him;-).
