Ok, so Dad informed me last night that the world was going to come to an end today!! But he then said that we didn't have to worry cause it was already tomorrow in Alaska so we knew the world would still go on!
Isn't that interesting? We could never pick a day that the world is going to end cause it is never the same day all over! Only God could pick a MOMENT (not a day) that the world will come to an end cause He is God and we are not.
Then I started thinking...How many times has it been said "The world is coming to an end on 10/11/2005!!!!" or some other random date??!?!?! Too many to count! But yet it has never happened and they still think they can capture the date and time that it will happen. God's Word specifically says; "...I will come as a thief in the night..." No one will know the time or date!
So have a good day knowing the world is not going to end (as far as we know) today!!
